Hello? Can Dawn come out and play??

Uh, hello? No, I'm sorry, Dawn cannot come out and play right now. She has some Kindergarten homework to do.

How bout THAT for an intro to a very short (for me) blog post?

Well, it's true, I won't be "playing" in blog land for a few days. Back at the beginning of the school year, I volunteered to put together scrapbooks for Jayla's entire class. NO...not one book for the class. But one book for each child...14 of them to be exact. And more than likely, one for both teachers.

SO, the time has come for me to gather up ALL the pictures that me and the teacher have taken over the past 8 months, and put them in a nice little scrapbook for the kiddies. Each time I go to the school, I pick up different things that the kids have done and place them, albeit haphazardly, in each childs book. But now, it's time to get some order going. As the end of the year is rapidly approaching. All the fieldtrips, all the special class events, and all the holidays will now be compiled into something MAHvalous...16 times! WHAT WAS I THINKING??? lol

Nah, it'll be fun.

Ok, now that you all know what's going on in my little world right now, I'll ask that you'll excuse me from the blog world for a few days so I can get my act together. I look forward to getting back to reading all of your blogs again, as soon as I can get my head back above "kindergarten" water, LOL.

Talk to you soon! And continue to Be Inspired....I am! Toodles.

Meeting Friends & We FINALLY hit the soccer fields!

Hello everyone!

It seems like I haven't posted in forEVER! But it's only been since Wednesday. And boy has a lot been happening since then. (NOTE: this will be a long one...consider yourself warned! But there are pictures along the way)

Like WHAT? Well, I'm glad you asked. :-)

Thursday - Thursday was an amazing day! I got to meet Cheryl and her lovely daughters. Oh my goodness, you guys, her girls are SO cute, SO funny and SOOOO like she describes them in her blog. But before I go any further about THEM...lemme just tell you, Cheryl is SUCH a sweetheart. We've been trying to meet up for quite some time now and could just never work it out. But due to the girls being on Spring Break, (her girls, not mine), we were finally able to make it happen. It was funny, she called me when they were a few minutes away. And asked if I'd mind being out on my front porch when they got here. For SOME reason, her husband wanted to make sure his wife and children weren't meeting up with some psycho serial killer, LOL. I guess I passed THAT test, lol.
My psycho squirrel chaser, Trae was outside with me. And he really enjoyed meeting the ladies too. He was the perfect height to give Scout a big sloppy kiss right across her face, lol.

Cheryl was so sweet...she came bearing gifts for me and Jayla. I'm so terrible, I only had gifts for the girls...SORRY, Cheryl! (not to worry, I have your address, lol) She brought me a sweet coffee mug, a beautiful paperweight with the word "INSPIRATION" on it and a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper. YEAH BABY!!! LOL

After Cheryl gave her stamp of approval of my studio, we went to pick Jayla up from school. And it was giggling heard from that point on. Jayla and Scout really hit it off big. We all went to Chick Fil A for lunch...YUM! Then headed up to Archivers. Guys, Cheryl was in HEAVEN! lol But neither one of us spent as much as I think we WANTED to. So we're already talking about her next visit.

Well, it goes without saying that Cheryl and I hit it off too. She is SUPER sweet! And so cute. I didn't tell her this, but I just LOVE she and the girls "suthin drawal" LOL. I am so glad we finally got to meet and that the girls got along so well. Maybe next time she comes up this way, she can bring Adrienne and her girls and we can have a big ole scrappin girl fest! Whatchall think? LOL

Here's some pix from our day.
Alrighty people, guess what? You're gonna be surprised...No, GUESS!!! Ok, ok...they cancelled soccer practice Thursday night! Are you shocked? Me neither.

But it's probably for the best. After all the running around, giggling and playing that Jayla and the girls did, Jayla would've been no good on the field anyways. lol
On Friday, I went to Jayla's school to take pictures of her class Easter Egg Hunt. Talk about cute!
Oh, and before I forget, how bout a flower fix?

Easter Lilly

And now, this brings me to todays events. We had a soccer game...2 of 'em even! YAY!!! Jayla and the Lil' Stingrays did AWESOME today to have only had 3 practices. And after this being the 4th Saturday into the season, today was their first game. So again, they did great. Here's some pix!

Jayla even took a hard hit with the ball, right in the thigh. Check this out.....she got hit so hard, there was an imprint of the ball on her thigh. Boy, you should've seen Jayla's face when she got hit. I could almost see one of those bubbles over her head with "$@&#!!!" in it, LOL. But she's such a trooper. She's no sissy girl on that field. After the game, she was telling everyone about her "war wound". LOL

Last, but definitely not least, the big Stingrays played today too. And they won 5 - 0! YAY Stingrays!!! They also played last night and won 6 - 2! These boys ROCK!!

Alrighty folks, that's all I've got for today. But before I go, I want to wish you all a wonderful Easter tomorrow. And remember...

"It's not the new dress with a matching hat.
It's not all the candy that makes you fat.
It's not going to church to hear bells ring.
It's to celebrate the Holy Risen KING!"

Cooking with a 6 year old - 101

Alright Adrienne, this one is for you, lol.

Adrienne has told me on more than one occasion that, I should TRY and cook sometime with Jayla. You know, it's all about the experience and learning (for WHO?) Well, personally, I don't like having "help" in the kitchen...I make a big enough mess by my darn self! LOL

BUT...the other day, I got a wild hair and decided to let Jayla help out. Ok, ok...I'll admit it, I had a great time. She's helped me before with something quick, like a salad or mixing the ingredients for cornbread or patting some meat dry after I've cleaned it. But not too much more than that. Cuz that girl just really likes to get her hands all messy. YUCK! And honestly, I almost don't even want her in the HOUSE, let alone the kitchen, when I have to use flour! As most of you cooks out there know, there's NO WAY on EARTH to sneak and use flour! It's EVERYWHERE!!! So she always manages to catch me and that's when I hear, "Oooo, Mom! Can I help? My fingers are clean!" LOL

SO, I rolled up my sleeves and grabbed the camera and let Jayla help. How bout we chalk one up for me on the "cool mom chart"!

This first picture is kinda funny to me. She was a little...shall we say "grossed out" by the whole wet chicken & flour combo. But as you can see, she got over that pretty quickly.
In this 2nd shot, I thought the girl was gonna climb in the bowl! lol. Now she's good and comfy with the mixture and is 2 fisting it!
Here's a close up of the 2 handed action.
Awww, success! After 5 minutes of the "mixing" process...she FINALLY got one little drummette fully coated. :-)
And here's where mommy took over. I'm not comfortable with her being near the stove, especially with the potential grease poppage (is that a word?). So we had a production line goin. She'd flour the chicken and I'd fry it. She also helped dip the chicken in the baking sauce and I put them in the oven. And here's the finished product. YUMMY!!!

These wings are a huge hit in the Bibbs household. I don't normally put recipes on my blog. But this one is very easy and worth sharing. Try them for yourself and let me know what you think.
Spicy Honey Wings

20 chicken wings
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons garlic powder

3 tablespoons Essence, recipe follows (you can also buy Essence of Emril in the spice aisle at the grocery store)

1 teaspoon kosher salt (regular salt will work just fine. SeasonAll season salt is also good)

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper (regular pepper will work)

Vegetable oil, for frying

1 cup hot sauce

1/2 cup honey

3 tablespoons dark brown sugar (light brown will also work)

Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving (optional)

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick aluminum foil.
To prepare chicken wings, cut off wing tips at the joint and discard the tips. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, Essence, salt, and pepper. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
In a large, deep-sided pot, heat several inches of vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. When the oil is heated, deep-fry the wings until crispy and golden brown, about 12 minutes.

While wings are frying, mix the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar in a large bowl until mixture is smooth. Remove the wings from the oil, pat dry and then dip in the hot sauce mixture to coat. Lay the wings on the baking sheet. Bake coated wings until the sauce is dry, about 12 minutes. Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast):

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Yield: 2/3 cup

Well, there you have it. Enjoy!!! Have a great rest of the week. Oh, I'm meeting Cheryl and her girls tomorrow...I can't wait. Talk to you soon. TOODLES!!!

Friday Post - Part 2

I'm BACK!! And all good and rested.

So, did ya'll enjoy the Flower Fix? Who knows, if you're good while reading this, I MAY give you another one, :-).

Wow, where to begin? This week has been a little crazy. So sit back, grab a snack and let's get started.

Let's start with Wednesday. Wednesday was one of those days that I've needed for a while now. I ran a few errands early in the morning. Then I can home, threw a load of clothes in the wash then proceeded to do a major fridge cleaning. That was actually pretty fun. (Did I just say that?) Now the fridge looks all sparkly and clean. And I found out, after having this fridge for almost 10 years now, that 2 of the shelves slide out for ease of food retrieval. HUH!!! LOL

Thursday was a day I had planned to just hang around the house. As I've been out and about most of the week. So, I'm laying in bed after dropping Jayla off at school. And I get this strange feeling that the power has gone off. I was right. No biggie, I get up, grab my watch so I can reset the flashing clock and I see that it's 9:15! ZOINKS!!! I didn't mean to sleep that long. Ok, who am I kidding...yes I did! LOL

I reset the security system then booted up the ole computer. Then the phone rings, it's Mister M. He tells me that he just got off the phone with our oldest daughter. And without going into detail, she "needs" mom & dad. This little conversation gave me a boost. Reason being, I LOVE to help people. Especially when they aren't expecting it. Gotta love surprises. Mister M. tells me that he wants to "surprise" Briyanna and give her a little money. SWEET!!! We discuss an appropriate amount and I'm off. I call Bri just to make sure she's home. She immediately thinks I'm up to something, because I told her that I was on my way to her place, :-).

I stop by the bank, stop to buy a couple mushy cards then I hit the highway. SCREECH....Traffic!!! At 10:30 on a Thursday morning? What's up with THAT? Anyway, I call Bri and tell her to make sure she's dressed. Of COURSE she questions me, right? GIRL, just get dressed already!!! :-) Part of my "surprise" was to take her to the grocery store and also to get some food for the man in her life. Here he is....Meet Mr. Diego. Isn't he cute? Yep...I have a Grandpuppy! lol

Anyway, this is where the story gets interesting. We stop for gas and while I'm pumping gas, I hand Bri a card from her daddy. In the card, I put 1/2 of the money we agreed to give her. She glares at me out the window :-). I lean back in the door to put my wallet back in my purse, then I hand her a card from me, with the other 1/2 of the money. Here come the tears :-). She was so grateful. Mission accomplished, LOVE IT!!! SO, we leave the gas station and head to the grocery store. She fills up the cart with a few essentials. We had to check out and guess what? My debit card doesn't work! Are you KIDDING me??? I just took out "X" amount of money, bout a couple cards and got gas. And I KNOW there's more money in the account. So I swipe my card again...no dice! Talk about embarassing! We found that there was a bank around the corner from the store, so we ask if they'll hold the groceries for us for a few minutes. We get back on the road...in traffic, cuz now it's about lunch time in Buckhead. As we're driving, Bri has a "V8" moment, lol. She could've paid cash for the groceries and we can work out the debit card issue later. DUH!!! So, we turn around and head back to the store. All is well. WHEW!!!

Anyway, I get her back home and I head back home, as it's getting close to time to pick Jaylabear up from school. I get home to find an email and 2 voicemail messages from the bank. Come to find out, it "appeared" that my card had been stolen and there was fraud activity. So they put a hold on it. Tee Hee...it was just me spending wildly, LOL. I approved all the card activity for the day and the hold was lifted. I apprecited that. Except now, they have my cell phone number to call when/if this happens again. I guess I'd better start spending like that more often...you know, so they'll know it's just me, LOL.

Ok, Friday, Jayla's K class had a fieldtrip to the fire department, police station and courthouse. The original plan was to have lunch at the nearby park. But it rained off and on all day. Anyway, the kids (and me) had a great time at our first stop, the fire station. Part of this station is actually a museum. It was so cool. Jayla's teacher even raced a fireman in getting dressed in full gear for a fire. She's such a good sport. The kids got a big kick out of that.
(Note: this is NOT Jayla's teacher, lol. This is one of the sites in the fire museum.)

Next stop was the court house. THIS is where my TIredness began. Me and another mom just walked the couple blocks from the fire station to the courthouse, while the kids rode the bus. And isn't it our luck that we also had to WALK UP 4 flights of stairs to the courtroom? ARGH!!! The judge we saw is the husband of one of the K teachers. So the kids got to do a mock trial..."Who stole the backpack?" So fun! And the kids got to go up on the bench and take a picture with the judge.

After that, we hiked back in the rain to the police station, which was right next to the fire station. This part of the tour was a bit over these 5 & 6 year old kids' heads. The cop used really big words and the kids were NOT impressed, lol. But they did get to "visit" the holding cells (YUCK!) and crawl through a police car.

The kids were getting a little restless by this point and it was way past their regular lunchtime. So we headed back to the school to eat. And being that it was only 30 minutes until the last bell, after lunch, I checked Jayla out and we headed home.

THAT'S why I needed a nap! What a day! Me and Jayla crashed when we got home.

Alright, alright...I'm almost done :-).

Also on Thursday, I had a great mail day. My sweet friend, Tangee sent me and Jayla a box of goodies. Check this out.

She sent me some scrappy stuff, me and Jayla got beautiful bracelets, a gorgeous Mother of Pearl picture frame, a cute little doggie with a bow around his neck that matches my studio, a keychain and a BIG OLE tassel :-). She's such a sweetheart. Thank you again, Tangee.

Let's see, what else? Oh, once again, there's no soccer this weekend :-(. T-storms & tornados predicted for the weekend.

Alrighty, that's about it. And as promised, here's another "fix" for you. I mean, you deserve it, after reading ALL of this :-). Toodles! Enjoy your weekend!

Friday post - Part 1

Ok, this is part 1 of a 2 part post for today. Reason being, I am TIred!!! I'll post more later today.

I know how some of your get a little bent out of shape when I don't post the Friday Flower Fix in a timely manner, lol. So this first post is for you...ENJOY!!! Alrighty then...that oughta holdja! :-) I'll be back in a little while. Until then, enjoy your day!

Tuesday, March 11, 2008

And now...I'M BACK!!!

WHEW!!!

What day is it?

Tuesday?

ALREADY??

Hmmm, let's see, what's been goin on since my last post? Well, as I mentioned, Jayla is doing much, much better. And thank you all for your well wishes for her.

Saturday, for some weird reason, Jayla's temp went back up to 102! Are you KIDDING ME? Something tells me the thermometer wasn't working properly :-). Because not 10 minutes after I took her temp and gave her some Motrin...she was back to 98.8! And we haven't seen anything resembling a fever since.

SO, being that all was well on homefront, I took a chance and went to the scrapbook store. Not sure WHAT I was thinking. But I did it. (Note to self: Don't EVA..EVA, eva, eva, eva, do that again!!) I got to the store in record time, handled my business and was back on the road in no time. ONLY to get stuck in an hour and a half worth of traffic. 30 minutes of which I sat, pretty much, in the same spot! SHEESH!!! I talked with Mister M. while I was out, just to check on Jayla. And he even asked me, "Where did you have to GO?!?" It was a MESS!!

Traffic and no soccer? How much am I supposed to deal with? :-)

Anyway, we sprung forward with the time, just like we were supposed to (still not sure why we have to do that...buy ANYHOO!) and still slept...right through church, LOL!!! Ooops! (we didn't actually sleep IN church...we just kinda, didn't even make it). OK...enough about THAT!

Yesterday, Jayla went back to school for the first time in a week. She was so excited to get back. I was so proud of her. She had a few things to work on while she was out last week. And she couldn't get back to class fast enough to show her teacher that she did all of her "homework".

I volunteered in her class yesterday and had a really great time with the kids. I always look forward to seeing them. They're a great bunch!

When I picked Jayla up from school, I asked her if she was going to feel like going to soccer practice. Being that they played outside yesterday, I thought she might be feeling up to practicing. At first, she said yes. Then, a few minutes later she tells me that she might not want to. HOWEVER, she did still want to go to the fields, so she could sit and watch her team practice. I asked her why and to my surprise, she says, "Well, I just wanna watch so I won't miss anything. I wanna watch what they do so I'll know what to do the next time I practice. Is that ok?" I don't know why I was surprised by that. I just was. So I told her that would be fine and that her "coach Daddy" would probably like that. Knowing my daughter the way I do, I decided to take her practice stuff...just in case. And good thing I did. Half way through, she came to me with her finger in her mouth and this silly grin. And said to me, "Mom, they're about to do one-on-one and I wanna do that. Can I?" LOL This girl LOVES to compete. I just love that she's such a team player and congratulates her teammates even when they score on her (which isn't that often, lol).

Today, I just went to the scrapbook store (YES, AGAIN!) and to 2 different Walmarts. Then back to Walmart, AGAIN after I picked Jayla up. WHAT?? lol

Alrighty, that's about all I've got for now. Sorry, I don't have any pictures to share today. Maybe tomorrow :-). Enjoy your day!!!

OH...for you scrapbookers out there, I have a question. What's the difference between sheets of acetate and transparencies? Sorry, I'm having a DUH moment. Thanks!

She's BAAACCKK!!!

Happy Friday everyone!

Well, before I say anything else, let me give you a little update on our "patient". Wednesday, after I gave you THAT update, I wound up having to take missy to the doctor. Her temp went back up and they told me to bring her in ASAP. I think it goes without saying...but Jayla was NOT happy about that little outing. I'm not sure what she thought was gonna happen. But she was NOT happy! Finally, after packing her little purse with a book, her "cell phone", Rudy they reindeer and some Cheetos, she calmed down.

On the way to the doctors, I asked her how she was feeling. Remembering where we were on our way to, she yells out, "I'm doing AWESOME!!!" (cough, cough, sniff) LOL And obviously, she was. By the time we drove the 10 minutes to the office, her temp went down to 97.8! Go figure! ANYWAY, the doc checked her out and there's...uh, nothing wrong with the girl. No flu, no pneumonia, no strep, no ear infection! Just a viral something that's going around. They told us to continue doing what we've been doing (Motrin/Tylenol, juice, water, soup, watchful eye) and this, whatever it is, will work it's way out.

NOTE: I took these pix from my camera phone. Not too bad, huh? :-)
Well, you'll be glad to know that she has been fever free since Wednesday afternoon. And is 90% back to her ole fiesty, sassy, chatty, and sometimes argumentative self :-). I kept her home yesterday and today, just to be on the safe side. So she'll be good to go on Monday morning!

NOW....for those of you who actually KNOW me, you'll know that I'm just about to go STIR CRAZY because I've had to be in the house all week, lol. But I will admit, I do enjoy having Jayla around during the day. I just wish she hadn't been sick. So, having said all that, my plan is NOT to be in this house at this computer next week :-). Archivers, Michaels, JoAnns, Hobby Lobby, here I come. Now, what will I do on Tuesday?? LOL

Alrighty, what does the weekend hold for the Bibbs family? Well, it ain't soccer!!! lol They cancelled practice yesterday (30 min before it was to begin). And THEN the rain came, hee hee. It rained most of the night and it's still pretty soppy out right now. It's supposed to rain more later on today. So I'm almost 98% sure they'll cancel tomorrows games. But you know, we're kinda use to this. It happens every Spring season. So we'll have quite a few games to make up later on in the season.

Welp, that's about it for me today. OH, you wanna see some flowers? DUH! I almost forgot. Tell ya what, how bout we dedicate todays FFF to my Jaylabear? Now that she's feeling better, I thought I'd let her choose what I post today. So, without further ado, I present to you Jayla's Friday Flower Fix:
Isn't that cute? That just looks like something that would be on a Get Well card, doesn't it? When she saw it, she said that it looked "Cheery!" So, there you have it!

Have a great day, my friends and a wonderful weekend. And don't forget, Be Inspired...I AM!!

Our little patient...

Good morning.

I'll try and make this quick, as I have to get back to my little patient.

First of all, THANK YOU to all of you who have asked about Jayla. She's doing alright, but is still at home from school today. I kept her home on Monday, due to her waking up with a temp of 102.6. Thankfully, we were able to keep it down around 99.5 most of the day. But of course, as fevers go, it went back up over night. She woke up yesterday with a 103.3 temp. And I could tell she really wasn't feeling well, because she didn't even put up a fuss about having to stay home. Daddy stayed with her most of the morning so I could take my MIL to have bloodwork done.

Most of yesterday, Jayla was very...uh, loungy. She just wanted to lay around and wasn't quite herself. But she did eat a little and drank alot. So that was good. Around 7pm, she fell asleep on the floor in front of the TV. So I carried her little listless body to her bed.

At 3:00 this morning, we heard a knock at our bedroom door. Jayla told us that she felt very hot. So daddy went in to take her temp, of which was 104! I jumped up just in case he was wanting to run her to the ER. Ya'll should've seen Dr. Daddy on the internet trying to find what might be going on :-).Anyway, long story short...we put a cool rag on her head, gave her some Motrin and took her temp every 30 minutes. Around 4:30am, it was at 101. So I decided to let her sleep it out. She asked if I'd sleep in her bed with her. DUH!!! Of course I will. :-)

Daddy left for work around 7am, so I went back to my bed. About 8:30, there was another knock on my door. I told Jayla to come in. She BOUNDED in the room with a great big, raspy voiced, "GOOD MORNING MOMMY!!!" :-) I took her temp and it was down to 97.9!!! WOO HOO!!! She fell back to sleep in my bed with her little stuffed reindeer, and slept until 10am. At which time her temp was 98.0.

I'm so glad last night's ordeal is over. But I'd better go now....I hear her jumping on my bed, hitting the chain of the ceiling fan :-) and asking for some "Chicken Noodle Sloop!"

Thanks again for asking about my sweet girl. Enjoy your day!

Bring it on!!!

I am so excited, you guys. Soccer season is now in full swing. YAY!!! Now if the rain can hold off...

Saturday: The Lil Stingrays finally had their first practice. And Jayla could not have been happier. It was so sweet to see her run up to her friends, give them big hugs and ask if they were ready for some soccer :-). So what they all said, "NO!" LOL. They also got new uniforms...again. But tell me, who picks out the uniforms? The league colors are red, black and white. That's not bad, I like those colors together. But a few seasons ago, they decided to throw navy blue in the mix for all the teams under U10. Last season, wasn't so bad. They had navy shirts with red writing/logo, red shorts and red socks. And also a heather grey shirt with red writing/logo for when they were the "away" team. Still, not bad. But THIS season...they have the standard white shirt with red and black writing/logo. And the new shorts they got are really cool. They're red with white and black on the sides. So tell me WHY on EARF did they get another navy shirt? That doesn't match!!! ARGH!!! Oh well, like Mister M. said..."I guess they'll all just look tacky together." LOL

Anyway, the big Stingrays had their regular season opener on Saturday. And they won 2 - 1. YAY!!! I wasn't there, but I heard it was a great game.
Speaking of me not being there, remember I told you I was going to a show with my mom, my sister, my aunt, my SIL and several other people? Well, we went and we had such a nice time. The weather was beautiful that evening so we walked the 4 blocks to the theatre. I have another question for you though. What's the point in having reservations at a restaurant? I mean, my sister made reservations for 6:15pm. Do you know we didn't get seated until 10 minutes to 7? The show was at 8pm. So we didn't have much time to chat...for that matter, by the time the food came, we almost didn't have time to chew! But we made it on time and it was really nice.

Sunday: Sunday was a lazy day and we didn't get out. Jayla was starting to show signs of a little cold & fever. My MIL had plans with friends. So we just hung around the house. I made a nice dinner and that was about it.

Today: I got Jayla up at our regular time, 6:20am and she felt very warm to the touch. So I took her temp and it was 102.2. She didn't LOOK like she didn't feel well and really wanted to go to school. I told her I didn't think that would be a good idea. Needless to say, she was a little upset. But later said to me, "Ok, mom? I think I do wanna stay home. I'll feel gooder here if you take care of me." Ok, she's just too sweet. So I gave her some Motrin and she went back to sleep until 9:30! We were able to keep the fever down under 100 all day today. However, we did have a little upchuck once today...but she felt GREAT after that :-). It was so funny...after her little, ahem, spit up...she comes to me with this sad look on her face. And says, "Mom, I'm so sorry! I threw up in the toilet, I flushed it and now the water isn't blue anymore!" LOL She's so funny. But she did have a good mail day which made her feel "gooder". Look at these cute little shirts my mom sent Jayla today. Ever since Christmas, when Jayla got her mailbox, my mom has been mailing her stuff. But Jayla gets so excited about getting mail, it never makes it to her box, lol.
Anyway, that's all I've got for today (that's enough, huh?) Now that soccer season is underway, I'm sure my days, and nights for that matter, are gonna be a little crazy. But it's so much fun and I just LOVE it.
I'll try not to bore ya'll too much with all the Stingrays stuff. But I AM a soccer mom, you know!! LOL
Enjoy your evening and I'll be talkin to ya soon!! Toodles!
