My week & Friday Flower Fix

Hello everyone.

Hope you all have had a good week. Mine has been super busy...which I guess is a good thing. However, I would be happier had I not had to put my van in the shop, only for them to have it for 3 days...THEN take $1200 from us!!! ARGH!!! Anyway, I guess I could draw my Pollyanna card for a moment and look on the bright side *smile*---at least we HAD the money to pay to get the van worked on. There was a time in our lives where we'd just be flat out of luck had that much work needed to be done on a vehicle. What a blessing!! It was also a blessing that the dealership put us in a nice rental for the 3 days they had my van. So I was still able to do all the running around that I normally have to do.

Anyway, we got the van back and it's working fine. Guess now we need to start saving up for the NEXT thing we need to get done to it. Fortunately, it won't cost us $1000 next time.

Alrighty...you guys have been SO patient and understanding with me over the past week. Therefore, I'll make you wait NO longer. HERE's your Friday Flower Fix!!!

"Things turn out the best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out."

Have a beautiful weekend!!

Gorgeous picture! And I like the quote ... much classier than making lemonade our of lemons.

Cars. We can't do without them, but the cost of upkeep is just ridiculous, isn't it? You're right, though, about being blessed that you could afford to have it done. Sometimes we forget to count that kind of hidden blessing.

Dawn, have a splendiferous weekend!

Thanks for the Friday fix, Luv. Also, take your Pollyanna card out any time. It's a good card to have in the wallet of life. :)
